7 QC Tools For Quality Improvements
Training Needs and Objectives:
This is a specially customized Blended eLearning (BeL) remote online training course for Engineers/Executives. The 7 Basic QC Tools are powerful tools for quality controls and improvements. The participants needed a solid foundation of using these worldwide recognized and standard tools to perform data analysis, improve quality, and present quality reports at their workplace. They also face tough questions from their customer’s auditors regarding their improvement projects using these QC tools. This course will allow them to address all these quality improvements issues at the same time gain in-depth knowledge and skills. This course also provides participants with ready-made Microsoft Excel templates, where they can construct the QC tools in an ease, fast and accurate manner.
This course is also conducted remotely online using the Blended eLearning method. Participants has one week access to MyBE Learning Management System where they can do self-learning, download all the resources, perform quizzes, tests, video lectures, and track their own learning progress. After that they met up with the Instructor online for group discussions, case studies, forums, review through their individual assignments, and answer all their inquiries. Participants who passed 80% of the post test will received a eCertificate.
