1). Overall, I like the course very much and found 80% is useful for my job and also for non-job related matters as well.
2). The course and module structures are interesting and most of it are easy to understand.
3). The notes are very useful and the templates are absolutely wonderful.
4). I found the facilitator, Mr. Nelson Kok is very knowledgeable and experienced person. I like the way he conducted, interacted with participants and explained in details about each chapters.
5). If I required any other related courses for my job, I definitely look for this trainer.
