The trainer, Mr. Kok, quickly established a cordial and open atmosphere and conducted the training in a very professional manner.

The Intercultural Qualification sessions identified areas where I need to modify my usual/preferred approach in order to work more effectively in Thailand.

It’s now clear to me that using the services of Mr. Nelson was important if not essential, as sensitive aspects of Thai culture, behaviors and values could be discussed openly.
